✧ Les Allumettes invite you to discover their universe through morning yoga sessions on the beach; one hour and half of yoga and meditation to take a break, connect with yourself, harmonize with nature, feel the spirit of the ocean, see life through new eyes, call your creative flow and inspire each other.
✧ This week, Zoé Topiro will make you step into summer with a « Morning Glow » Vinyasa Yoga practice to set your mind with good intentions. Shining inside and outside, you will start the day in a light, joyful and positive way.

✧ Pour cette édition, Zoé Topiro vous propose une séance de VINYASA YOGA sur le thème « Morning Glow » pour se remplir d’affirmations positives et de bonne intentions de manière à rayonner à l’intérieur de soi et tout autour de soi et de commencer ainsi sa journée de manière légère, joyeuse et positive.
